Request for warranty repair

Function "Request for warranty repair" is intended solely for the registration of a faulty device, prior to visiting the Customer Service Centre. If You need to consult or to ask a question, please use the feedback form or on-line Consultation.

The process of pre-registration of repair is very simple and consists of several steps:

  1. Please, complete the form  «Pre-registration repair», posted below. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
  2. To your specified email address and mobile phone number, will receive a conformation of registration and assigned as a UNIQUE NUMBER.
  3. Please, SAVE this number!  ! It will need to announce it when the transfer of a registered device in for repair at the Customer Service Centre.
  4. Select to visit the nearest Customer Service Centre or send the defective equipment to us by Nova Poshta.
  5. When sending equipment by Nova Poshta, please, include cover letter, in which NECESSARILY to indicate THE NUMBER of preliminary request for repair, which will be assigned after the registration of a faulty device. In addition, when the warranty address, be sure to attach a copy of a warranty card and a copy of receipt  
  6. When visiting the Customer Service Centre, inform the engineer diagnostician previously receipt unique number of pre-registration.
